today's style spotting
after marveling at it for a minute or so, we needed to ask her all about it. she said that it's a railroad spike cuff designed by philip crangi for giles & brother. fashioned from brass, the cuff is engraved with the number 5, two arrows, and the initials "g&b" (for the designer). our stylish client also pointed out that she had the option to engrave her own initials into the bracelet, which she did, for that extra personal touch. we love this cuff because it's far more interesting than the ubiquitous metal bangles that are constantly clanking about. although it's undeniably chic, it lends a tough, authentic edge to any ensemble.
