Shipping & Exchanges

We gladly accept exchanges, subject to the following terms:

We want you to be happy with your purchase!  But, if you are not happy with your purchase and wish to exchange an item, you must contact us at info@nubestsalon.com within twelve (12) calendar days of your item's arrival.

Please mail your product to: nuBest Salon and Spa, 1482 Northern Blvd Manhasset, New York 11030. Return shipping charges will not be covered.  We will accept exchanges of all nuBest Salon and Spa products for exchange if we receive it within 30 calendar days from the date of our original shipment to you. If 30 calendar days have passed since the shipment date of your purchase, we cannot offer you an exchange.

 

EXCHANGES

We are only able exchange items if they are defective or damaged. If you received an item that is defective or damaged, we apologize and ask that you send us an email at info@nubestsalon.com so we can exchange it for another item of the same style. Depending on where you live, the time it will take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

SHIPPING

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for exchanging your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.  If you are shipping an item over $75, we suggest using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance as we cannot guarantee we will receive your returned item.

Please note that all orders placed over the weekend will ship on the next business day.
